Early-Strength Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer
12 h demoulding strength · Steam curing compatible
Overview
Through molecular design combined with an early-strength component, this grade accelerates early cement hydration while cutting water demand (raising density), delivering rapid early strength gain while later strength keeps growing.
Key benefits
- Demoulding strength reached in 12–16 hours, raising mould turnover
- Compatible with steam curing, no strength regression after curing
- Chloride-free: no corrosion of reinforcement or steel moulds
- Effective early strength gain also at low temperatures
Application notes
For steam curing, hold 2–4 h before heating, ramp at no more than 20 °C/h and hold at 60–80 °C. Dosage must be confirmed by trial against cement type and ambient temperature.
Typical uses
Precast elements, piles, sleepers, tunnel segments, cold-season concreting, emergency repair works.
Typical applications
- Precast elements
- Piles
- Tunnel segments
- Low-temperature concreting
