Own synthesis lines, no white-labeling

Polyether macromonomer polymerization and finished blending are done in-house. Capacity and scheduling are transparent — no subcontracting when the season is busy.

Batch consistency you can measure

Every batch is sampled and issued a COA. Key parameters (solid content, water reduction, cement paste fluidity) are tested batch by batch.

Formulated to your cement

Send us your local cement and SCM samples. We run compatibility tests in our lab and return a recommended dosage and mix design — not a generic datasheet.

Hot-weather ready-mix with a 90-minute haul

ChallengeConcrete arriving on site had already lost 100+ mm of slump after long transport in 40 °C summer conditions; adding water on site was hurting strength.
SolutionSlump-retention PCE as the base grade with a matched retarder component, dosage confirmed by compatibility testing against the plant's local cement and fly ash.
ResultTypical outcome: workable slump held for 2 hours without water addition, stable pumping and unchanged 28-day strength.

Precast pile plant targeting 12-hour demoulding

ChallengeMould turnover limited by slow early-strength gain; the previous admixture forced long curing waits before stripping piles.
SolutionEarly-strength PCE at low dosage, validated by trial mixes for demoulding strength at 12 h and compatibility with the plant's steam-curing cycle.
ResultTypical outcome: demoulding strength reached within the target window and mould turnover improved without raising total binder content.

ChallengeSet time too slow for the advance rate, while over-acceleration risked later-age strength loss and heavy rebound underground.
SolutionAlkali-free accelerator paired with a pumpable high-range PCE, with setting time and rebound tuned through site trial panels.
ResultTypical outcome: initial set matched the spraying rhythm, rebound reduced and 28-day strength kept within specification.
