Naphthalene Superplasticizer (High-Solid Powder)
High-solid powder · Built for shipping and dry mixes
Overview
High-solid naphthalene powder is spray-dried from the liquid product. Its high active content makes transport and storage significantly cheaper than the liquid form, which is why it is a common choice for dry-mix systems and distant markets.
Key benefits
- High active content — low cost per unit of dosage
- Powder form ships easily with no leakage or freezing risk
- Blends directly with cement and fillers on dry-mix production lines
- Good solubility, dissolves on contact with water
Application notes
Store in dry conditions and reseal after opening. For dry-mix systems, pre-blend with other powders. The low-alkali grade is available where alkali content is restricted.
Typical uses
Dry-mix mortar, grouts, refractory castables, gypsum products, general concrete.
Typical applications
- Dry-mix mortar
- Grouts
- Refractories
- General concrete
