About

About us

Admixor is the concrete admixture manufacturing and export brand serving overseas markets. Backed by our own plant and laboratory, we supply ready-mix producers, precast and pile plants, contractors and overseas distributors with stable supply and technical support.

Our team is made up of engineers from polymer synthesis, concrete materials and construction technology backgrounds. Core members have more than ten years of experience in polycarboxylate superplasticizer synthesis and concrete admixture application.

On the production side we cover four process families: polyether macromonomer synthesis, polycarboxylate polymerization, naphthalene condensation and finished blending. Formulations are adjusted to the climate, cement characteristics and site practices of each target market — we do not sell one product into every country.

We serve ready-mix plants, precast and pile manufacturers, infrastructure contractors, and overseas distributors looking for long-term supply and local technical backup. We welcome factory audits, third-party testing and small trial orders.

How we got here

Start

In-house PCE synthesis process developed and put into production

Scale

Dual naphthalene and polycarboxylate production lines commissioned

Export

Export documentation and technical literature system established; entry into Southeast Asia and Africa

Today

Full-range admixture packages plus cement-specific formulation service

Manufacturing

Production & capacity

A complete process chain from polyether macromonomer synthesis to finished-product blending, with critical steps under centralized DCS control and fully traceable recipes.

Macromonomer synthesis

HPEG / TPEG / EPEG macromonomers produced in-house, controlling molecular weight distribution and double-bond retention — the foundation of final performance.

Polymerization

DCS controls dosing temperature, feed rate and reaction time; molecular weight and side-chain density follow the grade recipe for batch-to-batch consistency.

Blending & formulation

Mother liquor combined with functional components (slump retention, retardation, air entrainment, defoaming) and tuned to destination climate and cement.

Filling & packing

Liquids in IBC totes, 200 L drums or flexitanks; powders in 25 kg composite bags or jumbo bags, with OEM labelling available.

Quality

Quality & certification

Quality control is not a final inspection — it runs through raw materials, in-process control, finished goods and dispatch. The systems and standards below are what we work to.

ISO 9001Quality management system
ISO 14001Environmental management system
ISO 45001Occupational health & safety
EN 934-2EU standard for concrete admixtures (basis for CE marking)
ASTM C494US standard specification for chemical admixtures
GB/T 8076Chinese national standard for concrete admixtures

Cement paste fluidity

Initial and time-dependent fluidity per GB/T 8077 to judge cement compatibility.

Concrete water reduction

Reference concrete comparison to measure actual water reduction and strength ratio.

Air content & setting time

Controls entrained air and setting deviation so the construction schedule is not disrupted.

Chloride & alkali content

Strict chloride limits to avoid rebar corrosion; low-alkali grades available for reactive aggregates.

Storage stability

Heat/cold cycling and long-term static storage tests to verify against separation and sedimentation.

Third-party verification

SGS / BV / Intertek testing can be arranged on request.

R&D & Service

R&D and technical service

Admixture performance depends on the combination of cement, SCMs, aggregates and climate. Our technical service is built around one goal: making the product work on your materials.

Tailored molecular design

Backbone length, side-chain density and functional groups adjusted to the adsorption behaviour of a specific cement.

Cement compatibility database

Accumulated compatibility data across major cement brands in multiple markets, giving a reliable first dosage estimate in a new country.

Trial mix support

Laboratory mix reports and site trial batching plans including dosage–slump–strength curves.

Problem diagnosis

Root-cause analysis and corrective plans for bleeding, segregation, rapid slump loss, abnormal setting or low strength.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

MOQ, samples, packaging, shelf life, lead time and export documents.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For liquids, generally one 20'FCL (about 20–24 t depending on packaging); for powders, 5 t. New customers can start with a 1 t trial order. We keep safety stock for grades under regular contract.
Can we test samples first?
Yes. We suggest sending 2–5 kg of your local cement, SCM and aggregate samples. We run compatibility tests and return the recommended dosage together with a trial mix report. Samples are free; freight is collect.
What packaging options are available?
Liquids: 1000 kg IBC totes, 200 L plastic drums, or 22–24 t flexitanks. Powders: 25 kg composite paper-plastic bags or 500–1000 kg jumbo bags. OEM labels and custom packaging are supported.
Shelf life and storage conditions?
Liquid PCE mother liquor: 12 months in sealed original containers at 5–35 °C away from sunlight. Powders: 24 months in dry conditions. Protect from freezing and prolonged sun exposure; winter shipments can be insulated on request.
What is the lead time?
Standard grades in stock: 7–10 days. First order of a custom formulation: 15–25 days including trial mix confirmation. Booking and sea transit depend on the destination port.
HS code and export documents?
Concrete admixtures are normally classified under HS 3824.40. We provide COA, MSDS, TDS, packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin, plus non-hazardous classification or third-party test reports as required by your country.
Can you adjust the formulation to our local cement?
This is what we do most. Once we receive your cement sample, compatibility results and a recommended dosage are typically ready within 5 working days, and production is scheduled after your confirmation.
What payment terms do you accept?
Commonly T/T (30% deposit, 70% against B/L copy) or sight L/C. Credit terms can be discussed for long-term customers.
